Emma Rose Collingridge (born June 5th, 1998) is a model, presenter, content creator, writer, and Miss Universe Great Britain 2021.
Graduating from Loughborough University with a BA(Hons) English degree, Emma soon became a finalist for, and then winner of, the Miss Universe Great Britain 2021 title. Following on from her dissertation, which peaked her interest in the Greek myth of Medusa, Emma utilised the platform to champion female causes - including the prevention of violence against women.
In December 2021, Emma flew to Israel to compete in the 70th Miss Universe competiton, becoming only the fifth woman to represent Great Britain to make a placement. In addition, Emma was one of only two Europeans and the only blonde to make the Top 16 cut from 80 women worldwide!
Since, Emma has utilised her achievement to travel the world. In January 2022, Emma travelled to Dubai and gained worldwide press coverage as she was part of the first ever photoshoot at Expo 2020, modelling a UK inspired dress made by designer Manal Ajaj. Emma went back to Dubai in March/April to walk in the closing show of Arab Fashion Week for Amato Couture and was invited as a special guest to support British designers at Middle East Fashion Week.
Before handing over the Miss Universe Great Britain crown, Emma hosted a series of Instagram Live's titled "Draw the Line Live Sessions" with the 2022 MUGB finalists on the organistations page, discussing diverse perspective on important cultural issues such as gender based violence, body shaming, social media, imposter sydrome, racisim, and sexism in sport and the work place. She also thoroughly enjoyed co-hosting the live finals!
